Ryan, Associate Director

Ryan has worn many hats—youth pastor, seminary student, overseas missionary, refugee worker, and adjunct professor—but at heart, he’s all about one thing: helping people experience God’s love through relational disciplemaking, sparking spiritual transformation that spreads from individuals to families to whole communities. Ryan loves living out this passion and purpose with the team at Icon. He is happiest at Wrigley Field, devouring Chicago-style pizza, or running wild with his kids.

Josi, Communications Director

Josi helps Icon run day-to-day operations, nurtures donor relationships, manages Icon’s website and social media pages telling stories of those impacted by the work of Icon. If she could have any super power it would be the ability to heal people with the food she makes. She is enthused about gathering people in meaningful ways, opening her home to people in transitions, and adventuring in the city with her husband, kids and friends.
