Each member of the ekklesia uses their gifts (and talents and skills) to equip and form their brothers and sisters for the sake of the Kingdom and the glory of God in Christ.

It is imperative to say that the whole community of God has a responsibility to each other.

So, what does Kingdom leadership or authority look like?

We’ve made the case that the church (or ekklesia) should not resemble a business or corporation, as it often does, but rather, should function as the family she is meant to be.

Much like the pyramid-like structure of a Fortune 500, most American churches are structured with a hierarchical chain-of-command. The question must be asked, is this how Jesus wanted His Church to look.
